Property searches in the DRC often depend on personal networks and independent brokers. Good brokers remain important to the market, but informal processes can make it difficult to compare listings, know who is responsible for information, or keep a clear record of enquiries.
NHC is designed to add structure and accountability. Owners, hotels and brokers can publish through one platform, listings can be reviewed before publication, and users can search by city, purpose and property type. NHC does not claim that every listing is risk-free: buyers and tenants should still verify documents, ownership, condition, price and contractual terms before paying or signing.
Brokers are welcome
NHC is not designed to eliminate professional brokers. A responsible broker can use the platform to present properties consistently, identify themselves, communicate clearly and build a track record. The goal is to make it harder for rogue or anonymous actors to operate without accountability while giving credible professionals a better digital channel.
Why the platform can be faster
Instead of calling many contacts to discover what may be available, a user can search one directory by city and category, compare information, save a listing and contact the advertiser. As the verified inventory grows, this can reduce unnecessary searching while preserving human support where it adds value.

En RDC, la recherche immobilière dépend souvent des réseaux personnels et des courtiers indépendants. Les bons courtiers restent importants, mais les méthodes informelles peuvent rendre difficile la comparaison des offres, l’identification du responsable d’une annonce et le suivi des échanges.
NHC est conçu pour apporter plus de structure et de responsabilité. Propriétaires, hôtels et courtiers peuvent publier sur une même plateforme, les annonces peuvent être examinées avant publication, et les utilisateurs peuvent rechercher par ville, objectif et type de bien. NHC ne prétend pas qu’une annonce est sans risque : avant tout paiement ou signature, l’utilisateur doit vérifier les documents, la propriété, l’état du bien, le prix et les conditions contractuelles.

NHC n’a pas pour objectif d’éliminer les courtiers professionnels. Un courtier sérieux peut utiliser la plateforme pour présenter les biens de manière cohérente, s’identifier, communiquer clairement et construire une réputation. L’objectif est de réduire l’espace disponible pour les acteurs anonymes ou malhonnêtes, tout en donnant aux professionnels crédibles un meilleur canal numérique.
