1. Platform role
NHC provides a digital marketplace for property sales, rentals, accommodation, developments and related services. Unless expressly stated in writing, NHC is not the owner, seller, landlord, hotel operator, broker, notary, lawyer or financial institution for a third-party listing.
2. Who may list
Property owners, authorized representatives, hotels, accommodation operators and professional agents/brokers may submit listings. The person submitting an offer must have authority to advertise it and must provide accurate, current and non-misleading information.
3. Review and verification
New submissions may be held for review. NHC may request identity, authorization or property information and may reject, suspend or remove listings. âNHC Verifiedâ should only be used where NHC has completed the verification process defined for that badge. Verification reduces uncertainty but is not a guarantee of title, condition, availability, legality, safety or transaction outcome.
4. Brokers and agents
Legitimate brokers are welcome. Brokers must identify their role, disclose material fees or commissions before a user commits, avoid duplicate or misleading listings, and must not represent themselves as NHC staff unless formally authorized.
5. Hotels and stays
Unless a future listing expressly provides confirmed live booking, displayed room availability and indicative prices are information supplied by the advertiser. Users should confirm dates, final price, taxes, cancellation terms and amenities directly before payment.
6. User due diligence
Users remain responsible for checking identity, ownership/title documents, authority to transact, physical condition, boundaries, permits, price, payment instructions and contractual terms. Users should use appropriate legal/notarial/professional assistance for significant transactions.
7. Payments and fraud prevention
Do not send money solely because a listing appears on NHC. NHC will clearly identify any official payment method it operates. Users should report requests for unusual transfers, false identities, pressure tactics or inconsistent documents.
8. Content and privacy
Advertisers grant NHC permission to display submitted text and images for marketplace promotion. Advertisers must have rights to uploaded content and must not publish unnecessary personal data. Exact property location may be limited publicly where appropriate.
9. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, impersonation, discriminatory or unlawful offers, stolen images, false availability, unauthorized property advertising, malware, spam and attempts to bypass moderation are prohibited.
10. Removal, suspension and changes
NHC may moderate or remove content to protect users and platform integrity. Terms may be updated as services, payment features and verification processes evolve. Material commercial or legal features should be reflected in an updated version of these terms.
